Order Processing
All orders are processed within **4-10 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can track your package through the link provided in the email.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact our customer service team at jeffreypelayoproductions@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pelayo Prophecy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Delayed Shipping
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs clearance). We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of a significant delay. Additionally, we are a new company and may take some time to get acquainted with the process.
