Refund policy

At Pelayo Prophecy, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your item(s), we offer a return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

You may return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Final sale or marked-down items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

• Contact our customer support at jeffreypelayoproductions@gmail.com within the 14-day window to initiate the return process. 
• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
• Pack your items securely in their original packaging, and send them to the address provided in our return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and mention that you’d like an exchange in your email to our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
